When purchasing products from us, you always have the right to a 14-day right of withdrawal.
In simple terms, this means that you have the opportunity to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods. The goods do not have to be returned to us within the 14 days, but you must have notified us within 14 days. We will refund your payment (in full, including shipping & handling fees) to you as soon as possible. The legal requirement is 30 days from the date we have received the goods, but this is of course faster as standard.
When exercising your right of withdrawal, you are responsible for the return shipping. You are welcome to contact us in advance to find out what the return shipping for your particular item is. There is a standard form for exercising the right of withdrawal, which you as a consumer can access on the Swedish Consumer Agency's website. A direct link can be found here: Withdrawal form .
To receive a full refund of the order value when exercising the right of withdrawal, the goods must be in what is known as substantially unchanged condition. If the goods have been used, a depreciation deduction will be made, which is the decrease in value the goods can be assessed to have received during use. This reduction is mainly assessed based on what the goods can be sold for as used. The original packaging also needs to be present, if this is no longer present, a deduction will be made and it is up to you as a customer to arrange new packaging for the return of your goods.
